If you’re moving your site from another host, please register at least one week before your old hosting expires. While the move usually only takes up to 48 hours, it’s good to have a few extra days time to double check everything before your old hosting goes offline.
What will happen after I sign up?
Once your payment is received it will normally take up to 48 hours to move your website. Or if you want to setup a new site we will install WordPress for you. Once everything is setup you will receive your new login details to manage your website.
We may contact you to request additional details when setting up or transferring your site.
Email hosting
If you have an email account setup on your current host, we will transfer any email that is saved in that account for you as well. Or if you don’t have an email account yet, you can ask us to create one for you, for example your-name@your-website.com
Your site is safe with us
We will create daily and weekly backups of your site that stored completely offsite and in a different datacenter, protecting your data from direct datacenter disaster, data corruption or accidental user error.
